Anticorrosive primer for metal surfaces
PRIMETAL series consists of anticorrosive primers, based on alkyd resins, offering excellent anticorrosive protection on any kind of metal surface.
PRIMETAL 60 (white): Primer for metal surfaces that are not exposed to outdoor or intensively corrosive conditions. Suitable also for wood surfaces.
PRIMETAL 43 (grey): Primer for metal structures that are exposed to mild environmental conditions.
PRIMETAL 45 (red-brown): Primer with extra anticorrosive properties.
PRIMETAL Α6 (orange): The ultimate anticorrosive primer of PRIMETAL series. Contains zinc and lead chromate.
Shades
White, grey, red-brown, orange.
Application Method
Brush, spray gun.
Drying Time
Dry through: 1.5±0.5 hours. Recoat after at least 8 hours.
Dilution
CHROTEX Brush Solvent, up to 10% v/v for application with brush. CHROTEX Spray Solvent, up to 20% v/v for application with spray gun.
Coverage
11±2 m²/Lt per coat, depending on the shade.
